Manage REDI inquiries, draft AI-assisted replies grounded in your knowledge base, and grow your public FAQ — all from one quiet little workspace.
Use your staff credentials to continue.
A CRM-style web app that reads incoming email from a Microsoft 365 mailbox, opens a ticket for each inquiry, drafts a reply grounded in approved documents and FAQs, and keeps the entire conversation in a single thread. Non-technical staff supervise a small, trustworthy AI — instead of replacing them.
A morning-glance overview for the inquiries lead. Six cards summarise what happened yesterday and this week; a 12-month chart shows volume trend; a confidence summary tells the lead how trustworthy the AI's auto-replies are; a live activity feed shows the last 10 system events.
Every email that hits the connected Outlook mailbox becomes a ticket row here. Status chips mirror the lifecycle, confidence bars tell staff at a glance whether the AI is sure of itself, and one click opens the full conversation in the Ticket Detail view.

The workhorse screen. The left two-thirds shows the entire email thread — original, AI draft, and every prior reply — so staff always see the full context. The right rail summarises what the AI understood, which source documents it used, and a big confidence score. The action bar at the bottom decides the ticket's fate.
Hello REDI team,
My husband and I just received our Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and we're moving to the Sarnia–Lambton region next month. We're a little overwhelmed by everything we need to set up, and I have a few specific questions:
1. How do I apply for the provincial health card (OHIP)? I've heard the application can only be done in person and that there's a waiting period — is that true?
2. Where can I find free English language classes? My spoken English is okay but I'd like formal training. Are there government-funded programs for new PRs?
3. I have an engineering degree from back home. Will it be recognized here, and do I need a credential assessment before I can apply for jobs in my field?
Any guidance on where to start would mean a lot. Thank you so much for your time.
Warm regards,
Aisha Hassan
Hi Aisha,
Welcome to Canada — and congratulations on your permanent residence! It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed at this stage; here are the answers to your three questions:
1. OHIP (provincial health card) — You can apply in person at any ServiceOntario centre. Bring your PR card, passport, proof of Ontario address, and a supporting document (e.g. work permit or IRCC letter). There is a 3-month waiting period from your arrival date before coverage starts, so we strongly recommend purchasing private coverage for that gap. Many employers also offer health benefits during the waiting period.
2. Free language classes — Yes, LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) is fully government-funded and free for permanent residents. Classes run from beginner (CLB 1) to advanced (CLB 8), with childcare available at many sites. In the Sarnia–Lambton area, you can register through the Sarnia–Lambton Adult Education & Training Centre — we'll include a referral form with our follow-up email.
3. Credential recognition (engineering) — Engineering is a regulated profession in Canada. You'll need an assessment through WES (World Education Services) or ICES, and licensure through Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). The WES assessment takes 2–3 months and costs about $300 CAD. We recommend starting it now so it's ready when you begin your job search.
Our Newcomer Settlement Guidebook (PDF) walks through all three of these steps in detail, and the FAQ: First 30 Days in Sarnia–Lambton covers housing, banking, and school enrolment for children. The Sarnia–Lambton Local Immigration Partnership also runs a free newcomer welcome session every other Thursday at the Lambton County Library — we'd be happy to add you to the next one. Just reply to this email.
Best of luck with the move,
The REDI Team
The single source of truth that the AI is allowed to quote from. Each row shows how many times the document was used to answer a real question, so the team can spot under-used gems and over-referenced canon. Toggling a document off immediately stops the AI from citing it — useful for outdated policies.
Every unanswered or fuzzy question gets logged here automatically. When the same question comes in three or more times, the AI proposes a new FAQ entry. Staff review, edit the wording, and either approve it for the internal knowledge base or push it straight to the public website FAQ.
A left-rail tab system groups settings by concern: Email & AI, Auto-Reply, Knowledge & Web, and Team. Every dangerous change (disabling auto-reply, dropping the confidence threshold) requires a confirmation, and every change is logged in the audit trail.
A short narrative of how a single inquiry moves through the system, from the moment it lands in the Outlook mailbox to the moment the staff member closes the ticket.
Below is the path of one ticket — Aisha Hassan's question about settlement services after receiving her COPR — across the seven steps the system goes through. The same path handles every email, whether the AI ends up auto-replying or holding for human review.
In step 6, Maria does three things: skim the original email, read the draft, glance at the source documents. That's it. No copy-paste, no draft-from-scratch, no tab-switching to find a policy.
Steps 1–5 and 7 happen with no human input. The Outlook webhook, the AI, the confidence check, and the thread-keep are all silent and instant.
Every draft shows its sources inline and a per-answer confidence. Staff only send replies they would have written themselves — the system shortens the work, it doesn't replace the judgement.
